A new pop wave is rolling in from France: rarely have there been so many interesting artists and musical approaches that breathe new life into the genre of chanson. The Parisian electro-pop chanson duo Hollydays is definitely one of the bands of the hour. It's not the first time electronic music and chanson have been blended together, but Élise Preys and Sébastien Delage combine both with a special warmth and soul. After several EPs that have already attracted attention in France, in 2019 the duo presented their debut album "Hollywood Bizarre", which also marked their first tour in Germany. In spring 2020 they caused another stir because ZDF used their song "L'odeur des joints" for the two-part movie "Ein Haus in der Provence" in both parts. The band is currently working on their second album.
